TREATMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Chloe Beauty Academy POLICY 

NO GUESTS: Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to our artists. In order to give our clients the best brows possible we must be able to have our full attention on them! 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Any appointments cancelled will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit . Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our artist are very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. 


RESCHEDULING POLICY 
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given a one week notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). 

 

LATE POLICY:

Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artist take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. 

 

DEPOSITS 
When booking your appointment your will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: 
-No coffee or other stimulants 
-No Alcohol or other blood thinners 
-No Retin A skincare products 
-If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctors note to your appointment. 

 

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF: 
-You are under the age of 18 
-You are pregnant or nursing 
-You are taking blood thinning medications 
-You have viral infections or diseases 
-You are diabetic 
-You are undergoing chemotherapy 

 

BROW SERVICES 

OMBRE POWDER BROWS 
This technique can be described as the "wake up and go" brow. This technique appears light and powdery at the start of the brow and darkens towards the ends creating an ombre look. 

 

MICROSHADING or SHADOW
This technique is a combination of Ombre Powder Brows and Microblading. This is also a more dramatic "wake up and go" brow but it also has micro blading strokes at the start of the brows to give it a fuller more natural appearance. 

 

MICROBLADING 
This technique is done by creating fine hair strokes in the skin to create the appearance of natural, full and defined brows. This technique is best suited for those looking for a natural results to enhance your brows. 

 

PO*OM SIGMATURE BROWS
It is a combination between Powder Brows and Ombre Brows

 

COVER UP/ CORRECTION BROWS  (call for consultation)
This procedure is a brand new set of brows for new clients who have been previously tattooed and/or microbladed. PRIOR TO BOOKING please send a few photos of your brows to the artist that you would like to book with. 

The procedure will include a color correction that will neutralize any discoloration (red, grey, green, blue brows) and then it will proceed with a cover up. 
- New shape must cover the old shape and cannot be smaller/thinner than the old brow shape 
- Procedure takes approximately 3 hours 
- A £50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for booking. 
- Procedure requires at least 2 sessions (the initial session + 1st touch up) to achieve the desired look. For some color correction work some clients may need to come back for a third session. 
- Topical anesthetics used so pain is minimal to mild 
- Brows will last 1-3 years depending on skin type, skin care, aftercare, sun exposure, etc. 
- Healing/scabbing process takes 7-14 days. 

 

TOUCH UPS  


FIRST TOUCH UP 
In order to to achieve the desired results you will also need to set up a touch up appointment 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. Your brows will need to be fully healed before the first touch up. 

 

YEARLY TOUCH UPS 
Yearly touch ups can be scheduled if you would like to deposit more color onto your brows. The period in between touch ups will depend on your skin type and how it affects the pigments of your tattoo. It is best to do yearly maintenance touch ups to avoid paying higher prices for touch ups on faded brows.

 

TATTOO REMOVAL  (call for appointment)
Unlike other tattoo removal methods, saline tattoo removal leaves the skin in tact which makes the process less painful for the client. It is done with the same application as permanent makeup but substitutes the pigments with saline. The saline will push the pigments out of the skin without leaving scarring unlike other removal methods. 
-Each session will last 30 minutes 
-Must wait 4-6 weeks in-between sessions

Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Should you have a discount code, gift voucher, offer or other credit on file applicable, please ensure you apply this at the time of making payment as these cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made. Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.

REFUNDS:

All course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Chloe Beauty Academy is unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e. adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, industrial action or Visa refusals. An alternative training date will be offered.  For classroom training temporarily postponed due to government lockdown restrictions, we will offer priority rebooking for all affected students. Classroom course bookings postponed by lockdown remain non-refundable but will be valid to rebook for a scheduled training date convenient to the student, within the next 12 months. The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

 

Payl8r:

 

Courses purchased using a Payl8r Finance loan would not be subject to the ‘Cooling Off’ period as this finance is obtained for an amount paid direct to the applicant and not tied to a specific course application or enrolment. Consideration of cancellation for Payl8r Finance loans would need to be made directly to the lender under their terms but this would not imply any right to cancellation of the course or course fee. Such course bookings would fall under our usual terms and conditions.

Additional Terms & Conditions Relating to Course Packages & Promotional Offers
Dates must be selected at time of booking. Training dates are subject to availability at preferred training centre & places are not confirmed until your booking has been processed by our team. All training booked as part of a package must be taken within 6 months of date of booking the package.

 

Cancellation or Transfer of Training Dates / Courses

Rescheduling Requests & Fees
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required); of a confirmed training date notified prior to the booked training date, a request for a transfer will be considered at the discretion of Chloe Beauty Academy (subject to availability).  If successful, an administration fee of £25.00 per course date will be charged. Non-attendance where no prior notice is given will be handled at the discretion of Chloe Beauty Academy and may result in loss of course fees. 

Should you be unable to attend a confirmed training date for medical reasons, a valid medical certificate covering the named student and day of the booked training will be required to waiver the fee to reschedule. Under medical or compassionate circumstances (proof of which may be required) and where immediate reschedule might not be possible;  A FULL CREDIT ( PAYMAND ) OF THE COURSE MAY BE DONE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THE COURSE RESERVATION. Credits will be valid towards training courses only and run for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issue at which time the course fees would be forfeited.

IMPORTANT: The course can be rescheduled in case of not having more than 2 students enrolled per course. You will be notified of this decision.

 

No refund of course fees can be issued.
